Cảm biến áp suất là gì?
Cảm biến áp suất là thiết bị điện tử chuyển đổi tín hiệu áp suất sang tín hiệu điện. Thiết bị này được sử dụng để đo áp suất hoặc dùng trong các ứng dụng có liên quan đến áp suất. Áp suất được cảm nhận trên đường ống hoặc bồn chứa có áp suất và được chuyển đổi thành tín hiệu điện áp hoặc dòng điện.
Ứng dụng của cảm biến áp suất.
- Cảm biến thường được dùng để đo áp suất nước, khí nén, đo áp thuỷ lực, áp suất gas hay một số dạng chất lỏng, chất khí khác,...
- Đo đạc áp suất là công việc hết sức cần thiết và thường xuyên được tiến hành trong hệ thống lò hơi, nơi có nhiệt độ rất cao.
- Ngoài ra, các loại máy nén khí cần được đo áp suất để giới hạn đầu ra, tránh trường hợp quá tải áp khiến máy nén hư hỏng.
- Trạm bơm nước cũng cần cảm biến để giám sát mức áp suất và đưa về PLC hoặc biến tần để điều khiển máy bơm cho đúng.
- Cảm biến là một trong nhiều bộ phận trên các loại xe cơ giới công trình (xe cẩu, xe nâng, máy đào,...)
- Sử dụng cảm biến áo suất trong bể chứa nước hoặc nguyên vật liệu thường dùng cảm biến áp suất để đo mức các tank này.
